Silver Bangle: Silversmithing Workshop with Sarah Bradley

When: 30th September

Time: 10.30pm-3:30pm

Price: £95

Includes: refreshments, coffee & cake

If you have always wanted to learn about the craft of making a piece of silver jewellery our interactive workshop is a really fun way to do so.

This course is to make a beautiful sterling silver bangle from scratch. This is a great experience day to give as a present or to book for yourself!

The course is based on a piece that can be completed during this time, therefore a basic design and shape/size is offered so that all elements of this course can enable you to get a taste of silversmithing, and leave the course with a shiny new item of jewellery.

Sarah will run you through the start to finish process involved to make a beautiful finished piece to take home at the end of the course.

There is an option to stamp letters, numbers and/ or symbols into the bangle, as well as decorate with copper or silver embelishments (no extra cost)

Material used will be a flat silver of 3mm wide to allow for space to stamp into the bangle.

The course takes place in the beautiful setting of Yalham Hayes Farm in Somerset. On the day you can have a wander around to see the beautiful flowers growing on the farm and there is an option to pick your own flowers for £10 per bucket, or buy flowers from the farm.

We allow a short interval for coffee, tea and cake, and a little lunch break too. Please bring lunch, we will provide the tea/ coffee and cake
