4pm to 9pm

Starts with an autumn inspired vase Flower Arranging Workshop with Aizel (all materials and tools provided)Flowers locally grown from Yalham Hayes Flower Farm This will be followed by a private dining experience in the hall in front of an Elizabethan fireplace at Combe Head House
See the Evening Meal:
Starter: Fresh melon, prosciutto, mozzarella, blood orange vinaigrette, toasted pistachios and fresh mint leaves.
Main course: Tender pulled pork with apple glaze, potato salad with spring onions, beans, sweetcorn, avocado and lime wedges with Seasonal Salad from Combe Head House Kitchen Garden-- crisp radishes, mixed lettuce leaves, cucumbers edible flowers and heirloom tomatoes
Dessert: Home made citrus cheesecake with homemade limoncello ice cream and a rhubarb and thyme coulis.
