We at Yalham Hayes are keen to get the community together for what we hope would become a traditional gathering at Churchinford Village Hall, every Christmas time.
Anyone who can tie wire around a wreath, 14 years old to 99 can join.
Please arrive a few minutes before 5:30pm to get settled.

£30/person if booking in groups of four and up.
WHAT TO BRING:
As most know, we have priced this really cheap to accommodate more people.
In exchange we expect attendees to bring as much winter foliage and greenery.
We suggest the following are good:
eucalyptus
holly
conifer
small stems of oak
beech
pittosporum
thyme
mint
sage
old man's beard (clematis)
dogwood
Otherwise, we will have bags of them available to buy on the day for £10.
And their own secateurs or snips. Any old one used in the garden or for the craft will do, as long as they can cut through small stems and small branches.
We will provide the mossed wreath ring, size 10", and all other wreath accessories such as baubles in different colours, ribbons, wire, and any other foliage we can get hold of.
WORKSHOP:
A lead florist, our very own local florist Jacalyn Arscott, will demo and give step-by-step instructions on how to make the Christmas Wreaths. She will be supported by myself and two other assistants.
Those who booked as a group will be seated together.
WINE TASTING:
This will be led by Pip Vanham. Pip has been working in wine for over 21 years and loves nothing more than to share her passion for this fascinating subject with others. Through consultancy, business development, writing, education, and wine-tasting events her easy and engaging style really opens up the world of wine.
Join her after the wreath-making to taste and explore 6 wines that will compliment your Christmas table perfectly. Orders will be taken on the night for free local delivery of 6 or more bottles.
