Aizel Finch is a flower grower in Taunton, Somerset. Her flower farm is named after their home, Yalham Hayes and it is situated on what was 203 acres of Yalham Farm. This farm is believed to be the source of the River Otter!

On the dates 8th, 9th, 10th December, Aizel will demonstrate and teach using a mossed 12" wreath ring base and locally harvested greenery a really generous and unrestrained Christmas wreath-making workshop.

Aizel envisions the activity to be hassle-free and relaxed and also social. She has partnered with Cheddar Spirit Co, from Cheddar Gorge, a maker of small batch gins, vodkas and liquers for you to enjoy gin tasting after wreath making (8th, 9th Dec). Also, Pip Vanham, a local wine specialist will finish off wreath-making on the 10th Dec with a tasting experience of a selection of fine wine!

This activity will get you well in the festive mood as well as give you an opportunity to meet and connect with three small local businesses in the area.

Workshops are from 6:30pm til 9:30pm

The fee is £75/person which includes all materials and gin and wine tasting. What great value!

WINE TASTING:

This will be led by Pip Vanham. Pip has been working in wine for over 21 years and loves nothing more than to share her passion for this fascinating subject with others. Through consultancy, business development, writing, education, and wine-tasting events her easy and engaging style really opens up the world of wine.
