Stacey will guide participants on how to mix two types of cold porcelain and a softer clay mixer.  She will teach you how to roll the paste, insert wires, and use cutters to shape petals. 

Date: Saturday, 7th June

You will also learn how to sculpt using tweezers and your fingers to create life like pistil and stamens, also the stem and leaves of the tulip. 

Stacey will show you how to colour the tulip petals with oil paint and pan pastels and also a method called ‘toning’ to add the finishing touches to your constructed Porcelain Tulip. 

Refreshments will be provided but please bring snacks to energise you throughout your stay. There will be cakes available to purchase.
